PLACING ORDERS
All orders placed are
subject to acceptance and confirmation by Rampant CLothing prior to an official
purchase being made.

we use 128-bit shared SSL security. However, while we make all reasonable
efforts to ensure the integrity and security of the server, we cannot guarantee
the server will be free from unauthorised use or hacking.
PRICING
Our prices are not subject
to variation. However, Rampant reserves the right to make unforeseen adjustments
due to manufacturer price changes, market conditions, product discontinuation,
errors in advertising and other extenuating circumstances.
PAYMENT
We accept payment via
direct deposit, money order (australian only), paypal, personal cheque (funds
cleared prior to shipping)
GOODS AND SERVICES TAX
(GST) AND OTHER GOVERNMENT DUTIES
A Goods and Services Tax
of 10% applies to all products within our cart for orders shipped to an
Australian address and will be automatically added when your order is processed.
International sales are not liable for GST. However, please note that some
countries may impose customs duty or taxes on imported goods. Such charges are
the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your local customs agency for
further information.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY.
All Australian orders are
shipped via Australia Post satchel or parcel for delivery within 3-8 business
days. Shipping charges are $6.00 anywhere in Australia.
All international orders
are sent via Australia Post international air-mail services. Delivery is within
5-10 days to most countries.
Postage and shipping costs
to countries other than Australia can be calculated once you enter your details
and add the item to your shopping cart (Please note you can remove items from
the shopping cart at any time should you not wish to proceed).

RETURNS, EXCHANGES and
REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied
with your Rampant Gear purchase please return them within 14 days of receiving
either for a refund or exchange.?The customer is responsible for any shipping
fees when returning items and Rampant Clothing does not take any responsibly for
the arrival of returns. All returned goods must be unused and in their original
state with tags attached or they will be not accepted. Rampant Clothing will pay
the shipping cost on one exchange of goods after that it is up to the customer
to pay for the cost of sending out more goods
